REV Express
Mornings or lunchtime will never be the same again with this condensed 45 minute ride! Same class as the REV Ride but with just enough time to spare for a quick bite before heading to (or back to) that daily grind but this time, with a side of endorphins!
REV Road Ride
Bring it in Folks! An outdoor ride, inside! Hills and sprints is what this ride is all about. Quads are burnin' and glutes are begging for mercy. Bring the A5-35...and hell no, we haven't forgotten that kickass music to fuel you through this tough terrain!
REV Power…Ride or Die
Power...Ride Or Die is REV's athletic-based format of riding to the beat. This class focuses on resistance training and playing with those levels of intensity and nope...there's no choreo (but ya can dip it out if ya really wanna). Expect heavy climbs, rapid runs and speedy sprints...and oh ya...loads of sweat. You're gonna love it...promise!
Bike & Barre
30 minute ride followed by 45 minutes of barre...a low impact, high intensity workout combining elements taken from ballet, yoga and Pilates.
Two Hour Ride
This is a TWO HOUR class. It will be a mix of Road Ride and REV Ride. We won't be going hard the entire time. You will need to bring 2 water bottles and there won't be any early exits permitted, other than maybe a bathroom break if you really need it. Have you got what it takes?
