ARRIVING LATE?
If you are not signed in to the class at least 5 minutes before the class is scheduled to begin, your bike may be given to a walk-in or those on the waitlist trying to get into the class. Please ensure you arrive early to claim your spot! Late entry will not be permitted into the studio once a class has started, due to safety.
The outside doors will be locked 5 minutes before the start time of every class. This ensures that everyone is on their bike and setup ready for the class to start on time.
Cancellation Policy
In order to ensure that everyone is able to access classes we have established an 8 hour cancellation window.
If you want to cancel a class after it’s been booked, you must do so more than 8 hours in advance of the class start time. You can cancel a class reservation by simply logging into your account and going to My Classes (on the My Account Page) and selecting the “Unreserve” option next to the upcoming class. If you cancel more than 8 hours ahead of time, your class credit will be returned to your account. If you do not cancel more than 8 hours ahead of time, the credit will not be returned to your account.
If you are an unlimited monthly member it is also your responsibility to cancel your class more than 8 hours in advance. If you reserve a class using an unlimited monthly membership and do not cancel more than 8 hours in advance, REVolve Cycle reserves the right to charge you a late cancellation fee of $15 or whatever the single class rate is at that point in time.
If you have booked a spot and you do not cancel and you do not show up, REVolve Cycle reserves the right to charge a No Show fee in the amount of $20.00 ($10.00 for the REV Relief Ride). This is in addition to the loss of the class credit or charge in the case of unlimited monthly passholders.
The No Show fee will be charged to the credit card you have on file. If you do not have a credit card on file or the transaction does not go through, the fee will represent an outstanding charge against your account. REVolve Cycle reserves the right to suspend your account until any outstanding fees have been paid.
